The Coming Scalar Terrorism

In a new document by scalar scientist Tom Bearden at his website Cheniere.org Bearden brings together a great many threads of information to peer into the future of terrorism, and he proclaims that the future of terrorism will be scalar electromagnetic in nature. The dangers presented by scalar electromagnetic weapons, now being developed by at least 10 nations and several rogue groups, trump the dangers of nuclear weapons by orders of magnitude, and yet these dangers continue to be ignored by governments and the press under a cloak of secrecy that is nearly absolute. The real dangers we face are swept under the rug. For those who would like some background on Tom Bearden's information about scalar electromagnetic weapons I suggest my article "Scalar Wars" and Bearden's own website Cheniere.org . In particular, read through Tom's book Fer de Lance which explains the weapons known as longitudinal wave interferometers. This weapon was announced by Nikita Krushchev in 1960 who said "It is a fantastic weapon." This new document released by Tom Bearden is called "Scalar Electromagnetic Weapons and their Terrorist Use: Immediate Strategic Aspects of the Asymmetric War on the U.S." I should probably give a warning here, the material covered in this document can be extremely frightening and scary. Bearden paints our beloved way of life as a very delicate house of cards where a tiny force applied to a particular card can bring the whole house tumbling down. The card which Bearden believes will be the one to cause the "house" of America to fall is our highly vulnerable centralized power grid. Taking down the power grid hubs with scalar interferometers is almost child's play. This is true assymetrical scalar terrorism, whereby a relatively small attack can have a huge disastrous effect. With no electrical power for even six months, something very doable, the entire economy of America would collapse. When I first read about these weapons a few years ago it seemed inevitable that these devices would eventually fall into the hands of terrorists and other rogue groups, because once you have the know-how, they are neither difficult nor expensive to build. Now the inevitable seems to be happening, rogue groups are acquiring these weapons, and the survival of the human race hangs in the balance. While the government and the media focus their attention on the dangerous possibilities that terrorists and rogue groups will get their hands on nuclear weapons, they completely ignore the fact that the most serious danger lies in the realm of scalar electromagnetic weapons which are already falling into the hands of rogue groups, namely the Yakuza, or "Japanese mafia," and the Aum Shinrikyo cult, now known as "Aleph," along with the Russian KGB, where they originated. Let us take a look at the information and warnings packed into Bearden's new article. Bearden is considered one of the world's foremost experts on scalar electromagnetism, scalar weapons, and energy from the vacuum. Here are some of the main points Bearden makes: 1. The greatest danger of future terrorism lies in the realm of the aquisition of scalar electromagnetic weapons by rogue groups and terrorists. Developed in Russia since the middle of the last century, these "Tesla" weapons have unprecedented and mind boggling powers and, as stated by Krushchev in 1960, "if used unrestainably could wipe out all life on earth." 2. Previous planned scalar electromagnetic attacks on the U.S. have already been just barely and narrowly avoided. A full attack, eventually, should be considered inevitable. 3. Such weapons have already fallen into the hands of rogue criminal groups, namely the Japanese mafia ("Yakuza") and the Aum Shinrikyo cult ("Aleph"). The Yakuza plans a full attack on the West within a three year (or less) time frame. The chief strategy will be to destroy the highly centralized and vulnerable electric power grid by scalar electromagnetic means, with the goal being the collapse of the American economy. This attack will turn off the power for many months, if not a year or more. 4. The Yakuza/Aum Shinrikyo consortium gained their knowledge of scalar weapons by leasing some of the Russian devices from the old KGB. The technology was stolen by them from the KGB and spirited back to Japan where the Japanese mafia is now building their own devices, including portable devices. Thus the most powerful weapons on earth are now being created and developed by an organized crime group. Important Note: this has nothing to do with the Japanese government! 5. These rogue groups also plan further chaos and destruction by using the weapons to trigger "natural" disasters. They are already targeting the Yellowstone caldera to cause a super eruption there which could destroy much of North America. They were involved in "steering" the recent series of hurricanes which hit florida. They have been engineering the weather over North America for decades now. They intend to use the devices to stimulate and trigger earthquakes and tsunamis as well. 6. An even more powerful device than the scalar interferometers, called the "Quantum Potential Weapon," is being used to weaken the immune systems of whole populations in preparation for bioattacks. This is a "force multiplier" strategy of asymetric warfare in which the effects of a bioattack can be multiplied 5 times or more! 7. Scalar weapons in "psychoenergetics" mode ("mind" mode) are being used polarize the mental divisions among Americans with a view toward increasing the likelihood of civil war and other social unrest. I would advise everyone to read this entire document by Tom Bearden. This is the future of terrorism in our world, and the government is ignoring it entirely, if not lying about it, both for reasons of secrecy, and because of widespread ignorance of the threat. Compared to scalar weapons, the current "war on terrorism" is like chasing a bunch of kids with firecrackers while guys with really big guns are lurking in the background, ignored. As a kind of introduction to the document, here are some excerpts and comments about the main points. The quotes are from the new document. Bearden envisions the general strategy of the coming "terrorist" scalar attack on the United States. First strategy: Dud all U.S. nuclear weapons The scalar weapons, aimed through an electromagnetic web called the
"Woodpecker grid," can dud (or render useless) any nuclear weapon and its
missile from any remote location where the scalar device is located. There
is no "delivery system" required. Point and shoot. The electronics in the
weapons are fried.
"According to the present Yakuza/KGB/FSB and international terrorist
plans, their actions are expected to reduce the U.S. to lying prostrate
and helpless two years from now. With a U.S. nation in utter chaos and
ruin, and economically already collapsing catastrophically, a touch-up
with the FSB/KGB quantum potential weapons (the most powerful weapons on
earth, but possessed by at least five nations) will quickly dud every nuclear
weapon, ICBM, nuclear bomber, nuclear power plant, nuclear submarine propulsion
system, etc. on the planet. The dudding will take about 10 minutes, although
an hour or so seems to be allotted for it. This is 'pulling the dragon's
teeth and claws.
In ten minutes the entire U.S. arsenal of nuclear weapons can be rendered
useless! Not a bad starting strategy! In the next step the Yakuza (rogue
organized crime syndicate) will proceed to destroy the power grids of North
America. This is pure assymetric warfare. To destroy a nation it is not
necessary to pound it to death with millions of bombs, all you have to
do is turn out the lights! Just throw the nation's electrical OFF switch.
"After leasing the KGB/FSB scalar interferometers on site in Russia
at the end of 1989, the Yakuza later carried the scalar electromagnetics
(energetics) technology and science for such interferometry back to Japan.
There they set up their own clandestine facilities to manufacture such
weapons, including small portable scalar interferometers, EMP weapons,
and possibly even negative energy EMP weapons.
We have recently seen the kind of chaos, confusion and difficulties caused by a power failure of only a day or two. Imagine what will happen if the power goes off for many MONTHS! We take electricity so much for granted that we fail to fully realize that without it we are literally thrown back a century in time. A few minutes careful reflection will stimulate that realization. No gas (pumps) or heating oil, no transportation of food, water shortages, failure of computers, banks and the money system, no ATMs, no TV, limited radio and other communications -- in short absolute and total chaos and ubiquitous emergency. We don't even have much experience with power failure as long as a week, but the effect of the scalar attack will be true and actual distruction of all the power grid hubs, so the power will out for many months, perhaps a year. As they are repaired they can be hit again. A year without power? That is basically the end of our civilization as we know it. Asymetric warfare deals with vulnerabilities, leverages, and our centralized power grid is our greatest vulnerability. The solution to the power grid vulnerability would lie in a crash program
to develop energy-from-the-vacuum systems, like Bearden's Motionless Electromagnetic
Generator (MEG) or the Kawai motor (killed by the Yakuza through an offer
that couldn't be refused) or the reputed Perendev motor, or many other
devices around the world which are so very close to breakthrough. A Manhatten
style project is needed to develop these systems which would lead to a
completely decentralized power system with each building and house having
its own independent power supply, each car never needing gas. Such a program
should have been launched long ago, to protect us from this greatest vulnerability,
but what can you do when oilmen sit in the White House? Their greatest
idea to solve the energy crisis is to go steal oil by brute force from
anyone who has some. Meanwhile the entire power grid of the nation can
be destroyed in a few hours by anyone possessing the necessary scalar interferometers.
United States destroyed by a Japanese organized-crime group? This is the
real face of future terrorism. Forget the Arabs and their firecrackers.
"The problem is this: The U.S. Government, scientific community, intelligence
community, and electrical power industry seem totally incapable of confronting
the desperate requirement to replace our entire centralized electrical
power system with fuel-free self-powering "energy from the vacuum" (EFTV)
systems, as rapidly as is humanly possible. Mere mention of such a requirement
engenders psychological displacement activity and denial. Hence the U.S.
continues its "energy business as usual", while the clock ticks away to
our destruction"
The weapons fell into "terrorist" hands after the Yakuza worked out
a deal to lease several of the older scalar weapons from the Russians.
In short, they took over the North American weather engineering project.
Then they stole the technology!
"From Russia, the Yakuza also took back the actual scalar interferometry
technology to Japan with them, and set up production facilities of their
own. It is not the Japanese government that is doing this, but it is the
Japanese Mafia and a remnant of the Aum Shinrikyo (which changed its name
to Aleph). The Yakuza is very powerful, and it penetrates the Japanese
government and also every large Japanese company. If one is dealing with
a large Japanese company, one is dealing with the Yakuza, whether one knows
it or not.
"The Yakuza strategic threat to the U.S. is one of the most potent we
face today, and it increases year by year. That threat -- as is much of
the organized international terrorist threat -- is being generally coordinated
from the old die-hard Communist faction of the FSB/KGB, the dominant faction."
"Electrical power systems freely taking their energy from the vacuum
(EFTV) rather than from fuel, are suppressed worldwide by several large
and powerful cartels -- and for some time the Yakuza has suppressed such
Japanese EFTV systems in Japan.
"Were these already-developed Japanese systems allowed on the market,
they would quickly resolve the world energy crisis for once and for all,
and they would also enable dismantling and rapid replacement of the horridly
vulnerable, centralized U.S. electrical power system. Needless to say,
the availability of such systems would enormously clean up the biospheric
contamination from energy-related operations and development, alleviate
global warming, etc."
Bearden goes on to discuss the many methods by which energy from the
vacuum systems have been suppressed by the energy cartels and by criminal
groups such as the Yakuza. So in a very real sense certain giant corporations
have been involved in keeping the entire power grid of the U.S. totally
vulnerable to destruction. In doing so they have aided and abetted the
scalar terrorists and probably assured the ultimate collapse of the U.S.
economy. Talk about the self-destruction of capitalism! At the end of the
second world war it was the U.S. alone who had the fantastic new weapon,
the A-bomb, but this time the tables are turned, the newest weapons have
fallen into the hands of rogue criminal groups hostile to the West, and
the U.S. refuses to even face the actual situation preferring instead a
perpetual war of cultures against those who possess the oil. Talk about
denial!
"The Yakuza now produce their own scalar interferometer weapons in their own facilities in Japan, including small, portable versions, and this has nothing to do with the Japanese government. The Yakuza have small versions of these weapons which can fit into a small sport utility vehicle (SUV), and undoubtedly some are also already inserted in the U.S., to be used a few times during the next two years against our refineries, nuclear power plants and hydrocarbon-fueled power plants, oil fields and Gulf oil rigs, control systems and substations for the centralized power grid, pipe line hubs, long high voltage distribution lines, etc. In short, the Yakuza can already lay down the U.S. electrical power system, for months at a time or permanently -- and it can do it easily, quickly, and at will. " Compared to the threat presented by this combined KGB/Yakuza/Aleph faction,
the danger from Arab car-bombs is like a mosquito bite.
"Presently we are in the two year "slowly escalating" initial operations
phase of the centralized asymmetric warfare plan for the destruction of
the United States.
"Again, all this is coordinated by centralized FSB/KGB planning under its major faction, the old die-hard Communists who control the FSB/KGB and also control and operate the Russian superweapons. That Communist faction of the FSB/KGB thus has and retains the dominant power position in Russia, because it possesses the Russian superweapons. "Copiously supplying lots of Russian oil to the United States is not the intention of the dominant die-hard Communist faction, because that faction still fervently plans to totally destroy the United States. Russian President Vladimir Putin comes from the younger, more modern faction of the FSB/KGB. That faction would very much like to reach a full accommodation with the U.S. Putin would like to become our trusted cheap oil supplier, and pump lots of U.S. development and royalty money into the Russian economy, benefiting it at every level. "But Putin will not be permitted to do that to the full extent {}. Consequently,
Russian oil shipments to China, over land by rail, have been stopped, stimulating
China into becoming more aggressive in other world oil markets such as
the MidEast. The largest oil consortium in Russia is under strong legal
attack and direct interference by the State, significantly hampering its
production and delivery of oil, particularly to the U.S."

Creating "Natural" Disasters Beyond the primary plan to destroy the power grid of the U.S., and thus
its economy, the scalar terrorists have plans to create further destruction
and chaos through triggering "natural" disasters such as violent weather,
earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanic eruptions. This is fairly easy using
scalar weapons, and was warned of in 1997 by then Secretary of Defense
William Cohen, when he said:
"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. ... So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important." Never in all of human history has any would-be conqueror dreamed of having such powers! These new found abilities are absolutely intoxicating. The immensly huge powers of nature itself are available for manipulation and deployment. The image of the insane mad scientist comes to mind, going over the edge to precipitate world wide destruction. Bearden mentions, for example, the disruption of world wide oil shipping
by creating tsunamis (giant waves) in the oceans.
"We hardly need point out that a giant oil supertanker on the ocean
is also easily destroyed in a single shot by a strategic scalar interferometer.
A burst of energy, placed adroitly under the surface by a distant interferometer,
can also produce large waves that arise and smash a ship. This also "disguises"
the incident as if it were due to anomalous large waves of natural origin.
The Ultimate Strike Part of the Yakuza plan apparently includes a kind of ultimate destructive
strike on North America by attempting to trigger a super volcanic eruption
in the Yellowstone caldera, similar to a massive one occurred there nearly
half a million years ago. The destruction would be unbelievable to the
point that such a plan must be considered wildly insane. It could affect
the whole planet.
"Great "coup de grace" blows have also been prepared by the Yakuza,
in order to guarantee the catastrophic collapse of the U.S. economy, followed
by the swift destruction of the United States itself. Several of these
"coup de grace" strikes are based on opportunistic volcano eruptions and
tsunamis {} that can readily be evoked at will by the Yakuza.
"By deliberately kindling the supervolcano into such a violent eruption, most of North America would be devastated, and particularly most of the United States {}. The supervolcano could eject more ash, lava, rock, and debris than the entire Grand Canyon can hold. Additional side effects would include the instant destruction of most of the agricultural food crops in North America by covering the farmland with meters-thick ash. Any few survivors would be faced with the immediate problem of starvation and quickly-fatal lung disease. Food animals would also be killed in the same catastrophe. The reader should simply check what happened the last time that supervolcano erupted, about 640,000 years ago. It did devastate a great part of North America, including most of the higher life forms. "Most of all, in 1997 Secretary of Defense William Cohen specifically
confirmed that terrorists already were using electromagnetic weapons to
stimulate volcanoes into eruption {31}. Since that is confirmed, and since
the Yakuza has the scalar interferometers to do so, then it follows that
the Yakuza also will have sought out and deliberately selected the most
damaging "volcano eruptions" that could be induced to strategically destroy
or severely maul the United States. And so it has."
Weather manipulations are another aspect of the scalar terrorism which is facing us, and this has in fact been on-going for the past several decades. The Yakuza took over the weather war against the West when it leased the older longitudinal wave interferometers from the KGB. In section 16 of Bearden's new document he sets out an incredible and frightening list of methods of scalar weather attacks, and of other means of scalar attack. This list drives home how versatile these weapons are, and how much more dangerous they are than the kind of "terrorism" targeted by the so-called "war on terrorism" of the current administration. Maybe the situation is so hopeless that the government is right in denying that it exists. Perhaps it would be too much for the public to bear if the truth were broadcast. This gives an idea of the real future of terrorism. The centralized
power grid is our greatest vulnerability, our weakest link, and so is obviously
the first choice target of new scalar terrorists.
"Once the Yakuza scalar interferometers are factored into the strategic
terrorist threat situation, there is no recourse that can save the present
centralized electrical power system. Instead, the only way to prevent the
induced total economic collapse of the United States by collapsing the
centralized electrical power system, is to immediately initiate the strongest
possible "energy from the vacuum" systems development and production program,
to replace the entire centralized power system, including its long distribution
lines and large feeder power plants. That system is simply not defensible
and not sustainable against the threat as it already exists, and against
the hostile assets already successfully inserted or waiting in support
from abroad."
"Short of a direct Presidential order and Decision Directive, there
appears to be no way that the necessary program can be or will be galvanized.
Our morose assessment is that, unless some other major strategic factor
enters the conflict, the Yakuza and terrorists, under present centralized
control and planning, will probably succeed in catastrophically destroying
the U.S. economy on schedule, leaving the U.S. prostrate for its subsequent
physical destruction in a giant "turkey shoot"."
U.S. Societal Polarizations Are Being Gradually Increased An even more fantastic deployment of scalar terrorism is the use of
scalar weapons in "psychoenergetics" mode, the mode and wave patterns that
affect the human minds in the targeted interference zone. This becomes
a true "enemy within," for the weapons are operating within our own minds
themselves, inducing thought forms and feelings, without the people themselves
being aware of the true cause. The psychoenergetics aspect of the scalar
terrorists is to create polarization within the targeted population, to
cause neighbor to fight with neighbor creating increasing enmity, chaos
and division. Why fight us if they can make us fight each other? Why declare
a war if they can bring about a civil war and make us kill each other?
"Among sociologists, there is much support for the position that societal polarizations are phenomena which naturally tend to increase anyway {}. Further, many pollsters already state that the nation is very seriously polarized already, as the election looms. For example, quoting John Zogby: "'I have been calling this the Armageddon election now for months because we are so polarized, so split culturally, politically, ideologically, demographically, like almost no other time in American history. … The last time the nation was this deeply divided over what course to take was the original Armageddon election of 1800." "However, for the first time in history, certain rather esoteric FSB/KGB weapons are being directly employed to gradually intensify the societal polarizations in America ¾ straight vs. gay, conservative vs. liberal, Republican vs. Democrat, one religion against another, one race against another, labor class vs. financial class, etc. The strategic objective is that these increasing societal polarizations will become so fierce that, about two years from now, they will also be spilling into the streets of our cities in serious rioting and bloodshed, resulting in chaos, martial law, etc. and severe polarization and disorganization. "So far, this plan -- deliberate escalation of our societal polarizations -- is right on schedule, as anyone can see now, and as one will increasingly see in the time remaining prior to the election. "U.S. societal polarizations will increase in intensity until the election,
after which the polarizations and their intensities will remain -- and
in fact they will continue to increase after the election is over. Temporary
conversions and fractional conversions of the minds and mind operations
(and therefore the behavior) of selected leaders or prime movers in the
various polarization areas are being used. This capability has arisen from
the branch of energetics known as psychoenergetics, and such measures are
now being used in a highly selected manner to intensify our polarizations."
Is the current deeply split polarization of the U.S. population being
augmented by psychoenergetic use of the KGB/Yakuza Tesla-type weapons?
If so it is one more card in our house of cards being flicked away at by
the new scalar terrorists. Bearden estimates all these methods are being
used and are leading toward the final ultimate attack attack which will
come about two years from now.
"As stated, the Yakuza is a major arm of the KGB's coordinated asymmetric
war and terrorism. The Yakuza reports to and coordinates with those hidden
FSB/KGB directors. The Yakuza view is that ¾ together with the other
terrorist organizations already having infiltrated substantial assets into
this nation, and together with chaos in U.S. streets due to severe polarizations
gradually being intensified now ¾ they are already helping to bleed
the dragon increasingly. Then within two years they will joyfully begin
the direct destruction of the centralized U.S. electrical power system
and other key economic targets (harbors, refineries, pipelines, etc.).
They will also participate in immune system spreading (explained later
in this paper), as a force amplifier to biological warfare strikes by other
terrorists. As all this destruction ramps up over the next two years, it
will crescendo and catastrophically collapse the entire economy of the
U.S. within about two and a half years from now.
Bearden concludes his article on scalar terrorism with a chilling summary.
The dangers posed by the proliferation of scalar weapons to rogue criminal
groups are almost too terrible to contemplate. The government pretends
the situation does not exist, perhaps to avoid panic, perhaps partly out
of gross ignorance, which amounts to incompetence. We don't even know what
they know since all real government is now conducted in total secrecy.
The people are unprotected and blissfully unaware. In such a situation
it is hard to see how the plans of scalar terrorism could fail.
"We will see the operational unleashing of this terrible plan, beginning during the next two years, gradually increasing in intensity, and finishing in the early part of the third year with the catastrophic economic collapse of the United States. Once the economic collapse is complete and the nation is in utter chaos, the sudden dudding of all our nuclear weapons, power plants, and nuclear propulsion systems will be the coup de grace that leaves us a hapless target. The rest of it is a turkey shoot, to simply execute us and finish us off." The KGB/Yakuza faction is now a force to be reckoned with which trumps all other factions and renders them meaningless. The bank factions are fairly meaningless once the whole banking system is rendered inoperable by the destruction of the power grid. It becomes total chaos. The corporations are also rendered impotent without electricity. Our defensive nuclear weapons lie dudded and useless in their silos. The electronics on which our military now depends is fried to a crisp by scalar electromagnetic devices, now being produced by Japanese organized crime syndicates. Assymetric scalar terrorism is utterly destructive, sending us backward in time by at least a century. The so-called "new world order" becomes total worldwide disorder. There is no gas for cars, no electricity for anything, food and water become the only really significant issues. Our previous concerns about terrorists getting nuclear devices will seem ridiculous in retrospect as the survivors attempt, perhaps hopelessly, to restart civilization. In those day people will be mourning "We should have been paying attention to this. We should have developed free energy. We should have listened to the warnings. Our leaders deceived us. We have destroyed ourselves." Bearden's "Scalar Electromagnetic Weapons and their Terrorist Use" is a must-read document. I have only been able to give a summary here, there are many more details and considerations in the document itself. It should be widely distributed in hopes that we can wake up in time to avert the madness and destruction. Above all, the secrecy in which all these matters are held by governments must be abolished and all of it brought out into the light of day. For his part in doing that, Tom Bearden remains a true American hero in my eyes, a patriot of the highest order, and his website remains a treasure trove of hidden and "forbidden" knowledge. ==================================================
